Cirio legal advisor to Green Landscaping in connection with its rights issue


Cirio acts as legal advisor to Green Landscaping Group AB (publ), listed on Nasdaq Stockholm in connection with its rights issue directed to existing shareholders.

On May 20, 2020, the Board of Directors of Green Landscaping resolved, as authorised by the Annual General Meeting on May 14, 2020, to increase the company’s share capital by an issue of shares with preferential rights for existing shareholders. Upon full subscription of the rights issue, the company will raise approximately MSEK 155 before issue costs. Existing shareholders have agreed to subscribe for their respective pro rata share in the rights issue totalling approximately SEK 77 million and three additional shareholders have expressed their support and their intention to subscribe for their pro rata share in the rights issue totalling approximately SEK 24 million. A prospectus has been prepared and published in connection with the rights issue.

Green Landscaping is a leading player in the maintenance and planning of outdoor environments in Sweden. Their business concept is to enhance the customers outdoor environment by offering services focused on high customer value, long-term sustainability and quality. The company has approximately 1,300 employees and their sales amount to approximately SEK 2 billion.
